Order Acceptance

As soon as you place an order on our website, an electronic – version invoice containing basic order details will be sent to you through email to your email address. If you receive the order confirmation email, it means that we accept your order and the product(s) you ordered will be manufactured afterwards. You will also be informed soon if any item you ordered is unavailable.

Payment Method and Security

1. We accept payment by all major credit cards and debit cards.
2. Our website will not store any of your payment information. Your payment will be authorized on a secured third – party page.
3. Please don’t send your payment information by email because we cannot guarantee the security of your data under this circumstance.

Delivery Information

Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat – rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked with it. Please send us an email along with the order number, and we will offer you the tracking number after we ship out your parcel.

1. Please note that our website cannot guarantee the specific shipping dates. It all depends on the products you order and the specific shipping destination. Please allow for no more than 20 days for delivery of your orders. Please contact customer service to track the order status after your order is placed.
2. Our website does not take any liability if your ordered products are lost in delivery because of the incorrect shipping information you provided.

2. Please allow for a little difference between the pictures shown online and the items you received due to different perspectives, such as lighting factors when taking photos.

Order Canceling

1. You should contact our website within 24 hours after you place your order if you insist on changing or canceling your order, because we will proceed and transfer your order to the manufacturer within this time frame.
2. If the delivery has already been arranged, the customer shall apply for a return at their own cost and request a refund after we receive the order.

Return and Refund

1. You may need to check the goods immediately after you receive your order. This helps you to confirm the responsibility without any delay when any defect or damage is found.
2. You need to return the goods in good condition for a full refund if that is our fault. Under this circumstance, please contact us within 7 days.
3. Before you return the goods, please make sure they are in original condition and all included accessories should be returned together.
4. Please contact our customer service for your return. Our website does not take liability if you return your items without contacting us.
5. You are liable for the compensation of the damage if such damage to the goods was caused by your fault.
