Exchange & Return Policy

We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If the item you receive is damaged or faulty, you are entitled to request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.

 

How to Request a Return

Wait for Return Authorization

Our customer support team will reply with the return instructions and the return address.

 

Repackage Your Item

Make sure the product is in its original condition, with all tags, original packaging, and any accessories included. Also, please include proof of purchase.

 

Ship the Item

Send the parcel through your local post office. Be certain to obtain and retain the shipping receipt.

 

Send Us the Shipping Proof

Email us a clear photo or a scanned copy of the shipping receipt. We will process the refund once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
